Victoria founded Campbell Property in 2003 having built up her own portfolio of student accommodation. Victoria works closely with Campbell Property's investment and development teams and maintains an active involvement in the on-going performance of funds under management. Before founding Campbell Property Victoria worked in a number of roles in US or Canadian based start up software companies as a Sales and Marketing Director.

Jonathan has worked for Campbell Property since its inception. As the Managing Director he is responsible for all areas of operational delivery, working closely with the operational team to drive asset performance. He maintains active involvement in the on-going performance of funds under management.

Rachel's role as Development Director involves managing the full cycle of development through acquisition, development and on-going investment management. She is responsible for the appointment, coordination and management of design and project teams and works closely with third party consultants and contractors to ensure the timely and cost-efficient delivery of outstanding quality developments. Rachel has been at Campbell Property since 2007.

As Campbell Property's Operations Director, Guy is responsible for all activities across the Customer Services, Maintenance and the Sales and Marketing functions. Guy has worked across all operational departments at Campbell Property since its inception in 2003.

Sarah is a Chartered Accountant. She leads a team that are responsible for all aspects of fund, business and tenancy finance and has been with Campbell Property since 2008.

As Programme Management Director, Lottie is responsible for managing all business and information systems projects across the organisation. She has been at Campbell Property since 2008.
