The Park
Project description
The Park is a purpose built student accommodation scheme located in Sheffield within walking distance of the Sheffield Hallam University, the popular student hub of West Street, and a short tram journey to the University of Sheffield. The site consists of 117 lodge and townhouse style units providing over 650 bedrooms, of which Campbell Property has acquired 83 units housing 447 bedrooms on behalf of an institutional investor.
The proposal is to optimise and refurbish the site in two phases; bringing a level of individuality to each unit. The first phase (298 bedrooms) of the redevelopment is now complete and the second phase is due to commence shortly.
